COCONUT CABANA VILLA RENTAL RATES
    1-4 Nights $350.00 a day
    5-6 Nights $325.00 a day
    7 Nights $300.00 a day or $2100 per week
    Longer stays, please inquire. Monthly rentals available.

    Christmas and New Years holiday weeks higher, please inquire.
    All rates are in U.S. Dollars.  
    This is a holiday Vacation Rental by Owner (VBRO).

    PAYMENT METHODS
    We require a 30% deposit upon booking confirmation.  
    We accept checks payable in US dollars and mailed to our US address.
    Entire reservation must be paid 40 days in advance of your arrival day.

    CANCELLATION
    Cancelling 40 days from arrival date will cost 10% of deposit.
    Cancellation 39 days to 10 days of arrival date will be a 20% charge.
    Inside of 10 days we will retain *50% of total fees paid.   
    *We will reduce these costs if we are able to re-rent for this time period."
          A friendly reminder about  The Out Islands:  Although most of the businesses and restaurants now accept
    credit cards, the food stores DO NOT (however they may take a check), nor do we have any ATM machines on
    Green Turtle Cay.  The exchange rate is one-to-one Bahamian dollar for U.S.dollar, there is only one bank on
    Green Turtle and it is opens twice weekly, Tues. and Thur. from 10am to 1pm. Do come prepared.
